Added the ability to create events on the calendar

For those that like a bit more control, I have gotten rin of the "Submit an Event' page and added a page where you can create your own events without anyone having to moderate it. You need to be logged into the website (select my account under user access) then go to the calendar and click HERE under the title. It's as simple as that.Â
