Akkadian Rhythms - Mesopotamian RPG - Saturday games.
Greetings. I've been to board game nights a few times last year and it was a wonderful group. In the mean time I've been working on a new game set in an alternative history where Mesopotamian triumphed and continued into the middle ages. The setting involves an alternative fantasy setup where humans have become extinct and unusual races have become the normal inhabitants.Â
The game is based on an earlier system which ran for a long time. It is about 50% combat and tactics and 50% free form narrative. My personal play style is very story driven and makes room for a lot of laughs.
I plan on meeting at the NRV Comics and Games store in the mall at c-burg on Saturdays at 2:00. (although the venue is negotiable). Character creation is much quicker than more main stream games, so it's friendly for players to drop in, and for running multiple groups in more of a living world campaign.

I hope to play at the NRV comic shop in the mall regularly. If not I can work out another venue for future games.
